One of my friends runs a huge transport business for Hajj and Umrah. Every year, he helps 800-1000+ people travel to Saudi Arabia, handling flights, hotels, visas, food, and transport. Sounds simple? Not really. Managing all of this was like trying to juggle flaming swords—too much data, too many processes, and way too many confused travelers.
His biggest issue? Travelers had no idea what to do or where to go.
